Confirming the great commitment, always lavished in pursuing complete customer satisfaction, Carlo Poletti S.r.l got several product certifications which ensure compliance with the applicable requirements of a tangible or intangible product (service), intended as the result of process.

ACS: the French legislation in force (decree of 29 May 1997) provides for the suitability assessment of products in contact with water, in order to verify that they are not likely to alter the organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological characteristics of the water.

Keymark: is the European conformity mark owned by the CEN (European Committee for Standardization) and by the CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization) relating to various products. It’s a voluntary brand managed by third-party bodies and provides the assurance that a product complies with the requirements set out in the European standards issued by CEN and CENELEC.

TELL: is a brand whose purpose is to verify and ensure the energy yield of thermostatic valves, contributing to the efficiency of a heating system and, consequently, to savings.

EAC: Certification and Technical Support for companies that invest and export to countries belonging to the Eurasian Customs Union (EA CU).

System certifications

Carlo Poletti S.r.l shows its constant commitment to pursue the coverage of the most important standards suggested by the ISO standards.

Since 2010, the quality system of Carlo Poletti S.r.l is UNI EN ISO 9001 certified, this has become the first step in terms of quality system certifications. To this must be added the numerous product certifications.

It is part of the philosophy of Carlo Poletti S.r.l to achieve the highest level of quality of products and services in order to be able to guarantee a hallmark that confirms full customer satisfaction.

Today, the certifications for the Environmental Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14001 and the Management System for Health and Safety in the Workplace in accordance with UNI EN ISO 45001 are in the process of being achieved.

The system certifications obtained to date are attested by the BSI certificates.
